Founder Introduction

Jeffrey W. Bean is the Founder and Manager of Tecventions LLC, bringing more than 25 years of hands-on experience in product development, rapid prototyping, injection molding, CNC machining, and small-batch manufacturing. Throughout his career, Jeffrey has been responsible for designing, engineering, and producing a wide range of consumer, industrial, and specialty products—often from concept through production.

His deep understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, materials, and design-for-production principles allows Tecventions to innovate rapidly and efficiently. Jeffrey’s prior work includes operating a high-speed prototyping and machining business, building custom tooling systems, preparing products for market release, and helping inventors and companies bring ideas into reality. This practical foundation enables Tecventions to operate with exceptional cost efficiency and production flexibility.

As a hands-on builder, designer, and problem solver, Jeffrey engineered the entire SpinBIN™ ecosystem, the TwisTUBE™ series of lid-free storage tubes, the UltraSTOR™ organizer, the ALLIN™ poker holder, and the QuadBOX™ system. He also conceptualized and is actively developing the IGOR™ Platform—a functional, minimalist human-carrying EVTOL designed to make personal flight more accessible.
