Any designer can create a CAD model, but a great design is one that can be manufactured quickly, economically, and reliably. My deep expertise in injection molding and other manufacturing technologies allows me to craft parts optimized for tooling, material efficiency, and production scalability.   2. Rapid 3D Modeling: Product Development is NOT a 9 to 5 process... Im willing to put in the time necessary and am available extended hours

  3. Virtual Prototyping: I can provide virtual prototypes of your product to begin marketing and business development before a dime is spent on physical prototypes

  4. Production & Launch: I will work with you through the entire process when transitioning to manufacturing with ongoing support for a successful market entry.


Past Project Sample #34

  • Critter Skimmer: When an inventor "mortgage broker" reached out with his idea for a replacement pool skimmer cover to address the problem of critters getting sucked into his pool skimmer,  I partnered to design the product, tool it and production source it.  This invention is fast becoming a must have for pool owners around the world as it not only saves the critters from certain death it reduces pool maintenance requirements and the need to fish out the dead animals.

  • The Helical ramp component that spirals down in to the skimmer basket allows critters to climb out on their own.  The ramp was designed to "SNAP" fit to one of the 3 covers designed to replace the most common pool skimmers (Hayward) in the world.

  • The Injection Mold was designed for the cover component to allow for any of the three Covers designed to be hot swapped in the press to avoid costly tool changes saving time & money in production.

  • The HELICAL ramp that extends into the skimmer basket is submersed in the water... which sparked a '"NEW" idea that is in the process of being developed.  The idea being to mount a temperature probe to the bottom of the ramp and incorporate a digital Thermometer with an LCD readout in the center of the cover.
