Prototype To Production

Transforming the Your Virtual Parts to Real Parts

I specialize in helping inventors, startups, and product teams go from virtual parts to Real Prototype and Production Parts—without the wait or waste.

With decades of hands-on experience under our “Real Fast Parts” brand, we’ve built a reputation for delivering rapid-turnaround prototypes using injection molding techniques that break the mold—literally. While traditional shops often over-engineer and over-charge, we stay focused on what you actually need.

Whether you’re building a new product, testing a mechanical concept, or preparing for a pitch or pilot run, we tailor our process to your specific goals. Need just 25 or 50 testable parts? That’s my wheelhouse.

How I Can Help:

  • 3D Printing: This is the 1st go to to get immediate feedback, design validation and physical testing.  I have several printers in house that I offer as a FREE service to any clients I am working with subject to availability.  You simply pay shipping!

  • Rapid Injection Mold Design: This has been an area of particular expertise for decades now.  I can design injection mold tooling option in a matter of a few day to a few weeks depending on complexity.  My Cimatron CAD/CAM software is the best in class and no ones faster or more innovative (sounds cocky but its true

  • Aluminum Tooling Builds: We don’t overbuild or pad the process. Aluminum tools are perfect for smaller volumes and is a fraction of the price of steel. In most cases aluminum tooling is more than adequate to produce production parts and allows you to prove the market and get into production at a fraction of the cost.  While it is not a focus of TecVENTIONS we will build and run select parts for certain clients as capacity allows.

Production Sourcing

I've been fortunate to be able to develop and produce my TwisTUBE and SpinBIN products myself but understand that's not an option or even advisable for most inventors and entrepreneur.  I have learned through the years that there are so many great suppliers and option to manufacture anything here in the USA.  Unless your product requires extensive labor I don't believe it makes sense to go overseas.  There are so many logistical and quality control issues that make it impractical now a days and the shipping cost can kill you.

When it comes to sourcing your project there are so many great quality option right here but if warranted I do have experience with sourcing in China.  There have been times that it made sense but now in the political environment its becoming even less attractive.  The bottom line is I can console you on what might be the best fit for you product and its always good to explore all your options.
